Pat came to Missoula in 1981 after cycle touring the United States and Canada for 3 years upon graduation from high school. Originally from Dobbs Ferry, New York, he fell in love with the small town atmosphere and bounty of outdoor activities that the Missoula area offers. After a few years of serious enjoyment, he attended the University of Montana and graduated with two Masters of Arts degrees.  After graduation, he served as the Program Director at the Ethics Center at the University of Montana. Before deciding on a career in real estate, he was the Executive Director of Community Care, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse among Missoula's youth.

Pat specializes in residential sales and investments. He has served hundreds of clients from first time home buyers to experienced investors. He owns and manages several properties in the Missoula area and looks forward to discussing his investment strategies with you.
